Acceptance of Terms

Inner Clarity (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides life-guidance and personal development advice; by using the Site and any of our services, you accept these Terms. Services Offered
Inner Clarity offers general advice on personal/professional development, anxiety management, mindfulness, productivity, and related life-guidance topics. We provide free 15-minute introductory consultations and paid one-hour coaching sessions by appointment. All services are delivered via online meetings or calls. We may modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

Fees, Booking, and Cancellation
Payment of Fees
Paid one-hour sessions must be booked and paid in advance. All fees (including any deposit) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Payment confirms your reservation of the time slot.
Free Consultations
Initial 15-minute consultations are free of charge and available to new clients; they provide a brief introduction and may occur before any paid engagement. No fee or guarantee of results applies to these free consultations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. If you provide such notice, we will attempt to find another mutually agreeable time without additional fees. However, if you miss a session (no-show) or cancel with insufficient notice, you will not receive a refund or credit for that session.
Refunds
Except as required by law, all payments are final. If Inner Clarity must cancel a session (e.g. due to emergency), we will offer you a prompt full refund or an alternative appointment.
User Accounts and Age Restrictions
If the Site offers account registration (for example, to book sessions or comment on the blog), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to share your password or let anyone else use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Children under 13 years of age should not use this Site. We generally limit our services to users 18 and older. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission before using our services.
Privacy and Personal Data
