Have had social anxiety, panic attacks, and find mysef often thinking about the worst outcome. Steve knows a lot of different techniques and I found that talking through mindfulness, working on breathing techniques, and analyzing my thoughts really worked. It helps having a guide/coach to check in with as consistency is really important.
